What does "closed beta" mean today?
Org sign-ups land in a pending state and we approve in waves. While in beta, every org is capped to 5 brands and 50 SKUs per brand so we can keep the brand-context engine sharp. Pricing self-checkout activates at GA.
How does brand context actually work?
We crawl the URL you give us with Firecrawl. Then we extract products, palette, typography, tone of voice, vocabulary, sample headlines, brand values, and words to avoid, and store it as persistent context. Every prompt your team writes pulls that context automatically.
Can we manage multiple clients in one org?
Yes. Each brand keeps its own isolated assets, palette, and voice. Switch brands in a click. Agencies typically run all clients in a single Motion organization so they share one credit pool and one team login.
How is billing handled across brands?
One credit pool per org. Generations from any brand draw from the same bucket. After beta, we ship per-brand cost reporting so agencies can pass costs through transparently or absorb them into retainer.
Can we edit what the brand-research found?
Yes. Every extracted field is editable. Most teams refine tone words and product priority in their first ten minutes. You can also lock fields so re-scans won't overwrite them.
What about data and security?
GDPR-compliant. Data is never used to train shared models. SOC 2 Type II is in flight. Enterprise gets regional data residency, private deployment, and a signed DPA on request.
